Q&A:

Q： What BMS is in the battery pack?

A: We use the JK BMS in the pack, you can click the below link for the details.

Q: Will the cells match and balance?

A: All the cells will be matched and balanced before we build the pack, you can use it directly.

Q: How many 12V packs can be connected in parallel?

A: As long as the battery packs are matched and do not have too much voltage difference(<0.1V), there is no limit for the parallel connection.

Q: Do you have a return policy or what can I do if I get a defective product?

A: we will arrange a resend or refund if you get a defective or damaged product.

Q: Can I get a Bluetooth module?

A: We considered adding Bluetooth, but because it is a metal case, the Bluetooth signal may be weak, and to save budget, it does not with Bluetooth. But we can replace the original BMS if you really want the Bluetooth.

Q: I have my own logo, can I print my logo in the battery pack?
