EEL BATTERY is a wholesale distributor of Lithium-ion and lithium polymer batteries located in Shenzhen, China. We specialize in high-quality cells like lifepo4, and LTO batteries. These batteries are useful for lots of things like solar energy, RV, EV, Golf-cart, boats, power tools, and more. However, the industry is rife with counterfeiting and we thought we could do a better job of sorting out the real vs the fake. So what makes us different?
1)Our company was founded and is owned by an engineer with over 15 years experience. We also work with third parties that continually verify the authenticity of our product.
No one knows batteries better than we do.
2)We have a dedicated group of suppliers such as CATL, EVE, and Lishen that help guarantee the authenticity of the batteries we sell. Whenever possible, we buy direct from the manufacturer to guarantee you will receive authentic batteries. We 100% unconditionally back the authenticity of any battery we sell.
3)Our battery engineering experience and the ability to exhaustively test batteries from suppliers allow us to determine if they're real or fake.
Every shipment we test a sample of batteries from every shipment to make sure they're of high quality and authentic batteries: "Trust but verify".
4)We specialize in these batteries and order many of each model to keep the prices fair. We also keep very low overhead for the same reason.
We don't drop ship. All of our inventory is kept in our warehouses in CA and Shenzhen.
5)World class customer service. If you're not happy with your batteries then we're open to returns as long as they're not damaged and within our return window. (But we do not accept no reason return).Have an issue with your batteries? Contact us and we're sure we can solve it out.
6)We can also design and/or manufacture a lithium ion battery pack for your project. We specialize in server rack battery and powerwall for commercial applications.
