Cooperation's Impact: Shenzhen EEL & EVE New Energy

 

Shenzhen EEL BATTERY and EVE New Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement on November 30, 2023 in Shenzhen. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of research and development, production and sales of energy storage batteries, and jointly create a new chapter in the lithium-ion energy storage industry.



EEL BATTERY is an energy storage battery manufacturer founded in 2017, with a professional selling team and a number of core technologies, covering a wide range of products such as lithium iron phosphate cells, modules, battery management systems (BMS) and system integration.


EVE New Energy was first listed on Shenzhen GEM in 2009.After 21 years of rapid development, EVE is now a global lithium battery company which possesses coretechnologies and solutions for consumer, power, loT and renewable applications.

According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in the following areas:

1, R&D cooperation: the two sides will carry out joint R&D in the fields of lithium battery materials, process, design, etc., and jointly develop high-performance, high-safety and low-cost lithium battery products.

2, production cooperation: the two sides will carry out cooperation in production capacity, supply chain, etc., and jointly enhance the production efficiency and cost competitiveness of lithium battery.

3, sales cooperation: the two sides will cooperate in market development, customer service and other aspects, and jointly expand the market share of lithium battery.


EVE New Energy is a globally leading lithium battery manufacturer with rich production experience and mature technology, and has significant influence in the energy storage industry. This cooperation will give full play to the advantages and resources of both parties and bring new vitality to the development of the industry.
