Return Policy

Returns are always unpleasant. We are here to help. When you initiate a request for a Return, we will reach out to you via email to have one of our engineers determine if it’s the user error (this is 95% of the time) or if it could be defective. All product we sell is brand new and unused and manufacturer tested.

Contact us for a return authorization number, and shipping instructions. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA# AND ACCOMPANYING FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • The customer must pay return shipping costs for all returns unless the return is a result of our error in order fulfillment.  No exceptions. Our super low shipping rates are only for customers placing orders and are not for returns under any circumstances.
  • Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • In the event the error was ours, we will cover all lowest rate shipping costs and there will be no additional fees. This means if you send it Air, we would only reimburse you for the lowest rate ground.
  • All items that have been opened, but have not been installed, may be subject to an additional 10% fee for evaluation and testing. This means if you send an open item back, we have to test it and verify that it has not been damaged or used.
  • Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable. No exceptions.
  • LIFEPO4 Batteries and kits are not returnable except for warranty testing and/or replacement, in which case the unit will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the unit will be replaced free of any additional charge. Bulging cells are not returnable unless determined to be damaged in shipping or out of specification by voltage and internal resistance.
  • Special-order items are not returnable except for warranty testing/repair/replacement service, in which case the component(s) will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the component(s) will be repaired or replaced free of additional charge.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Items received longer than 30 days.

2. Used or misused items.

3. Missing/damaged parts.

 

Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted. We will provide the shipping label to you if you need to return the batteries.

 

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please send an email to (howard@eelbattery.com) stating your:

Order number

Product name

Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Free shipping label along with our return address. If your situation does not fit the free return policy, please arrange the return shipping by yourself(we will tell you the return address).

3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. 

 

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: 

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Please always contact us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
